Adrienne, an American writer and actress, is the main character in a few horror classics. She started her career as a professional performer and eventually became a genre actor in movies. The most well-known role she played was her role as the determined and ferocious Rizzo as part of Grease, the Broadway musical Grease. Her other notable role is her performance in Maude in the film Maude as Bea Arthur's child. In the wake of her husband's appearance in the highly commercially successful horror film Fog she was subsequently cast in other sci fi thrillers. Her comic performance for The Cannonball Run & Back to School were also well-received. Her other known works include her character Cat woman, for whom she rendered her voice in the Batman animated series. As part of her continued experimentation with animation, she voiced Helga Van Guggen. Other books she has written include Vampyres of Hollywood, and the successor Love Bites.
